Keeping on top of medication can be a worry – especially if you have several prescriptions, mobility issues, or a busy week. Our Packing and Prescriptions service is designed to take that stress away, so you never have to panic about running out of the tablets you rely on.
We can help you organise, order and collect your medication, always following your instructions and respecting your choices.
How we can help
Your personal assistant can support with:

Ordering repeat prescriptions

Collecting medication from your chosen pharmacy

Bringing prescriptions to your home and putting them safely away

Helping you organise blister packs / dosette boxes as directed

Keeping an eye on when medication is due to run low and flagging this with you
With your permission, we can also liaise with the pharmacy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Please note: We do not make clinical decisions or change medication – we work alongside you, your GP and pharmacist to support what has been prescribed.
Visits to suit your routine
We offer visit lengths from 30, 45 or 60 minutes right up to longer visits of up to 8 hours, depending on what else you’d like us to help with on the same day.
That might mean:
